Finca SOPHENIA has made the dream true: making great wines, in a genuinely unique terroir located at the foothills of the Andes.

The wines are estate grown and bottled at Tupungato, Gualtallary, Mendoza, Argentina, at an elevation of 4000 feet high. All wines show an elegant and modern style, and reflect the essence of this unique terroir.

SOPHENIA's founders named the wines after their most precious treasures, blending the names of their daughters Sophia and Eugenia. Wines reveal the love for the creation and shaping of its legacy.

The vineyards are grown at 4000 feet at the foothills of the Andes. As a tribute we have named our wines ALTOSUR meaning "High in the Sowth". With ALTOSUR we want you to discover the high altitude wines of Tupungato.
